Work Schedules and Attendance

Scheduling

Work schedules are based on business needs and may vary from week to week.

Some employees are assigned work shifts based on operational needs. Other employees are offered event shifts based on business needs and their availability. Employees who accept an event shift are expected to work that shift as scheduled.

Scheduling requests and availability changes should be communicated to ownership as far in advance as possible. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate scheduling requests, business needs must come first.

Reliable attendance is essential to our success. Employees are expected to arrive on time, ready to work, and prepared to perform their assigned duties.

If you are unable to report for work or will be late, you must notify ownership as soon as possible. Whenever possible, employees should provide notice before their scheduled start time.

Employees should not arrange shift swaps or substitutes without prior approval from ownership.

Excessive absenteeism, repeated tardiness, or failure to report to work as scheduled may result in corrective action, up to and including termination of employment.
